This Tex-Mex diner/Elvis shrine is famous in and around Austin, Texas with more scattered around the states. Stop in and try some of their sweet gulf shrimp tacos or chili relleno.

Order a margarita and ask for the salsa sampler (only available on request) to go with the house made chips. Shrimp tacos are my favorite here, but have been removed from the regular menu, look for them as a special.

Chuy's had a location in Tustin, CA for less then a year but it closed in 1997, I believe, due to a dispute with another chain of a similar names Chuy's Baja Broiler.

Prepared gourmet meals, stop in for a great lunch to eat on the patio or to go. The chefs were recruited from various restaurants throughout the states. They claim to serve 2500 customers per day in this location alone! Great selection of fresh ingredients, vegetables, wine and beer.
